"We have been visiting New Smyrna Beach for 38 years and this villa is by far and away the nicest place we have stayed in. The welcoming touches, the ease of communication with the host, the location in lovely Sea Woods, the well-appointed kitchen and all of the beach goodies (toys, chairs, towels, etc.) were very much appreciated. SEAclusion has it all and we hope to stay there again upon our return. "

"The property was in perfect condition and had everything you would need for your stay. If was very clean and the location was central to the beach and just a quick Uber ride to downtown NSB. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"1 of 5 units. Renters in other units only stayed one or two nights and then left. We rented a unit for two months and had nowhere else to go so we cleaned for the first week trying to make it livable. The kitchen was poorly stocked with items from the dollar store. No kitchen towels, extra sheets, there were, however, plenty of cockroaches."
