"11 days in a great condo! Very well-appointed and furnished. Anything/everything you might need or want is there. I’ve stayed in high-end condos that were not as well stocked! Any appliance or “thing” you might need is here, we could have packed lighter. Very clean, nice furnishings, towels, etc. While we did not take advantage of any of the property amenities (pool, courts, etc) they all looked very nice. Host was very responsive, all while being in Asia on vacation himself."

"The property was in perfect condition and had everything you would need for your stay. If was very clean and the location was central to the beach and just a quick Uber ride to downtown NSB. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"We had a poor experience with the check in process, the management company needs to work on improving communication. The door code supplied did not work… we called Vacasa and 45 minutes or so later, we got supplied with the lockbox code and used that key to get in. It was inconvenient having only one key, but the key code box needed to be replaced. When we got inside, the villa was clean and well stocked. -tv in family room did not work and the fan in the master bedroom could not be turned...

The unit was well tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. We enjoyed the location. It was close to beach, National and State Parks. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.."

"Wonderful property, right on the water. Steps away from the pier where there is excellent fishing. Walking distance to downtown and a short bike ride to Flagler Avenue district. Lots to do in New Smyrna Beach. Loved our stay."

"It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay."

"Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"

"Unit was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Not with thrift store "treasures" like some rentals. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we could want (except a trash bag). Corner location was so quiet, if not for the construction, we would have felt we were alone in the complex. The beds were comfy and the beach towels, chairs and pool noodles made our short stay extremely convenient since we didn't have to carry those items with us.
