Outside the property is run down with lots of graffiti. The room was large and the bathroom was really nice but bedroom carpet was old shag. The front and lobby was closed and had to use the service elevator through the back grimy part of hotel. For the premium price it was not worth it.

Excellent small hotel. Quirky room with heritage features. Staff were great, bed was comfortable. Well positioned for Diocletians palace. Only minor issue was that the partially underground breakfast room needs some more lights.

The hotel was hard to find initially. It would be great if they had a sign to which door is the actual entrance. The room was cute and clean. The shower door was a little hard to work with because it kept coming off the rails. I let the staff know and they were super helpful and accommodating.
