The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

This is a very central location- above a very busy bar on the weekends so maybe not the best for travelling with children. Front staff were nice enough but room was T I N Y for two adults and one child. No small refrigerator in room and cream for coffee had gone bad. Aesthetics were very cool!

Right next to Brussels Midi station this hotel was an ideal choice for my one night in Brussels before an early train to London. The reception people were excellent and helpful. We had a lovely stay at Urban yard, clean comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and a good selection at breakfast. Abdul on reception was extremely helpful. The only negative would be that the location isn't very nice but it is close to the station.
