"Our stay was wonderful and when requested for a nice room after we were assigned a room, the staff (I don’t remember his name) who checked us in when we arrived in the night was very accommodating and patient to reassign us a wonderful room on the 6th floor with a view of the terminus and Sacre Coeur cathedral. One thing to be aware of is that they don’t really have laundry facilities- only service (even though they. All it out multiple times in their amenities). There are 24hr laundry facilities close by with 5 min walk so that was our savior. One of the daytime front desk staff, a lady, was nice enough to give us the outside laundry info. We asked a a couple other staff who were at the front desk too before asking her but they shrugged and said we could only go thru the hotel’s laundry service but no other outside facilities are around."
