We stayed at this property for three nights in mid July 2026. The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The property was close too many restaurants and shops. There is no parking on site. However, parking is available about 5 to 10 minute walk from the property. We were a little disappointed with the pool access. There could only be four people at a time at the indoor pool and had to make reservations well in advance to get a decent timeslot. The outdoor pool was a 5 km drive which was not convenient at all. If you are looking for a place to stay and don’t really want to pull access, this property has a lot of character.

Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.

This hotel was not what I expected in that the photos on Expedia and on the hotel website were much nicer than in person. Also, there was air conditioning but the way it was set up did not make me feel the safest because the window had to remain open. (The AC was an individual standing unit that was plugged into an outlet. I could not close the window because it was so hot in Florence.) Additionally, the lights went out multiple times in the room on the first day because there were three items plugged into two separate outlets. The light switches, the area that you can turn on and off to reset the lights was in the room, so that was pressed a few times before the lights came back on. Lastly, there was construction going on (I believe in the building or very close by) that started so early in the morning (around 8am).
The one other thing I will note is that the staff were very kind, but I do believe there were too many issues during the stay. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again.

THE AMAZING LOCATION THE VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS AND AMAZING POOL (WE DID NOT GET TO USE IT BECAUSE DUE TO THE TEMPERATURE BEING IN THE 60'S) THE RESTAURANT WHICH IS THE NEXT TO THE HOTEL WAS GREAT !!!
