The property seemed to me in good condition and very close to the subway, restaurants, and markets in case you need to buy something. All the electrical equipment works without any problem. I can't say anything about the staff's attention because there was no one to greet us.

We loved our stay. It was clean, simple, beautiful, quiet, and just what we needed. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Yay! We definitely recommend! ❤️

Perfecto

Beautiful hotel in a perfect part of town. Incredibly clean with the most incredible fragrance throughout the hotel. Chose this hotel because of its very high review count and was not disappointed! You can’t miss with this hotel!

Location is the biggest highlight. Only 200m from the very center Sol but not right next to the plaza. It’s convenient to go places but not noisy at all. One thing to note is: due to traffic rules, taxi or uber can’t go in front of the hotel. But if the hotel calls the car, they can get in. The hotel is a music hall and so is the theme. They even have a vinyl library for you to borrow records and turntable to play in your room. And it opens late. Inside the room it’s simple. No fancy decor, just the basics. But staffs are very helpful. There’s a safe in the room too. We’ve been told not to bring passports with us but keep a copy or photo on phone. They are right. Even the store tax free application accepts photo. We also like the rooftop swimming pool. It’s not big but the deepest is 1.65m. You can’t do laps but a nice dip in the water during summer time feels really good. Too bad the pool only opens till 8pm. We didn’t include breakfast during our stay. There are so many choices in the neighborhood. Oh, did I mention there is a restaurant with a piano bar? We didn’t have a chance to try it so not sure about the food. But it’s definitely not crowded if you’re lazy to go out. The env looks cozy. Overall, we love this hotel and don’t mind to come back again.
