We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The M4 train line station Santa Sofia is walking distance from the hotel. There are shops and restaurants around the area. There are access going to city centre or even walking distance if you like walking. The hotel has restaurant at the top floor. Itbhas wide glass window enabling the city view. Though i found the price way above my budget for dining. "What a perfect spot! The hotel is so perfectly located in Omegna. It is near the boat and the center of town. The staff were friendly and kind. we had a great room with a great view. Breakfast was served which was appreciated. The only little catch was that the internet did not work in the room. However, we went to the lobby where it worked perfectly, so it worked out. Can't say enough about how great our experiences in Omegna was at Croce Bianca."

"Nice clean and quiet hotel. Located very close to the lakes edge. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good in the morning with plenty of choice. There is also an indoor pool. The absolute godsend in the hot/sticky weather was the use of the outdoor pool at the sister hotel. The hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Stresa. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a lovely walk along the lakes edge into Stresa."
