Love this hotel. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities.

Traveled with my wife and kids from Chicago to watch a bears vs bengals game the hotel was nice and clean,the receptionist what very helpful Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage lady not sure if I would be back there 8-22-26

Title: Fabulous room, but major parking and elevator issues need fixing...Rating: 2/5 stars. QMy husband and I live in Lebanon and have stayed at the Netherland Plaza 10 to 15 times over our 40 years together. It has always been our favorite spot, and I booked a King Suite for his 64th birthday. The room itself was fabulous. While we aren't mad, the hotel has some serious operational issues right now. We always rely on the on-site valet, but arrived at 6 PM (2 hours late getting there due to septic issue) to find the lots full. I had to haul our bags in alone while my husband battled game traffic trying to find a spot. We finally found one, but it cost us $50 for a garage elsewhere for a stay that lasted under 14 hours. The elevators were the biggest headache. Only 3 of the 6 were working, and I almost got stuck in one on my initial check-in. Checkout morning was a standstill. The first available elevator was full, so we waited a few minutes and walked down to the 21st floor only to find another couple with heavy bags who had been waiting forever. We made 2 other elevaor attempts. We ultimately just carried our bags down 22 flights of stairs to get on our way. I managed to laugh it off, but my husband was not amused. We love this place, but they need to get these things fixed!
