It’s a modest hotel easy access to the beaches and restaurants as well as Praia shopping. However no lifts, Wi-Fi connection is poor and bathroom ventilation is noisy.
The gym is next to the hotel but can be noisy in the morning.
The swimming pool is out of service at the moment due to refurbishment.

I didn’t have a universal charger and they provided one to me right away. There was a water leak in my bathroom and I informed them and they switched my room within 15 minutes of knowing about the issue. They also called a taxi for me at 4:00 AM and the front desk spoke clear English, if that’s a concern for you. They are a great staff, have great wifi connection and have water, and other free goodies that make your stay more welcoming. Yes, welcoming is the word I’d use for this hotel, especially the staff.

Small, clean, efficient rooms. Noise was a major issue as rooms have no noise insulation to stop sounds from hallways. We could hear conversations in the hallway crystal clearly and we lost sleep over this until all guests were asleep. Breakfast was nice. They are trying their best. Nice location close to bakery and mini market.
