Seems like the heaters were not working so we got 2 portable heaters from the hostel management. Plugged in 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs tripped the fuse so only 1 could be used to try and heat the whole house. A light bulb was also missing from the upstairs we had to request to get one put in because it was the only light and they had no extra blankets that we could use. The water heater seemed like it was broken, after the first person showered there was no more hot water. We informed management and they said there was nothing they could do we would just have to wait. After an hour I went back and asked again they said to wait another hour and give the hostel overnight management a call if it wasnt back. Even after waiting 3 hours there was nothing, gave them a call and again said they couldnt do anything so telling me to call if it wasnt working was pointless! The rest of us had to shower in cold water. Overall, very unpleasant stay.
