Both Christian and Stephanie were very helpful.The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and was well placed for travelling into the city. The beds are very comfortable and the property had well controlled heating which was very important in January.Plenty of storage space and we love the skylights in the bedroom. Although we did not use the patio due to the time of year- we thought that was a very nice facility for spring and summer. Good Wi-Fi and great to be able to access Netflix. The storage ‘bins’ for hats and gloves was a nice touch and really useful.On our final day, we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a downstairs lock up- so that we could make good use of our final day before our flight home in the evening.This was our first time to Vienna and we love the city so it would be nice to come back in either spring or summer . It was exactly how it was described in the Vrbo listing. Christian is a fantastic host and was very responsive to my questions. During check-in he took ample time to explain the property, and was most helpful with helping me understand public transit. I was also able to purchase tickets to various museums and other sites directly through Christian which was very efficient. This property and my experience here was absolutely wonderful! On the fourth floor but there is a lift. Able to cook our own meals but there’s no oven, just a hob and microwave. Nice little terrace too if the weathers nice.
