Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

"Room was old and parts were not very clean. The AC did not work great. The woman at the front lied to us - said that because we changed rooms from a more expensive one to a cheaper one that they would give us free breakfast instead of refund, but breakfast is free regardless. The breakfast was good. ..."
