We found the house to be very unclean when we arrived. We found some toenail clippings and some old food bits scattered amongst the floor. "What a unique place to stay when you're in the "Old South". We had a few good restaurants within walking distance but couldn't go anywhere but the Italian place three minutes up the street."

"First, the owner did not communicate the apartment number of the residence. We had to wait on the street while waiting for a reply. Then, when we went in the residence, the furniture was full of stains, a bed had plastic wrap around the box spring which indicates bed bugs, dirty wash rags and dishes in the sink, hairs on the bed, and list goes on. We left. Ate the cost of the stay and went directly to a hotel."
