Biedenharn Coca-Cola Museum

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The condition of the property and the room was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the $70 I paid. There were holes in the walls, cracked windows, and an elevator that barely worked. The room smelled terrible, and there was feces on the bathroom walls and floor. The pillows were so unsanitary that I developed an eye infection after using them. The room also had a hole in the bed frame, no shower curtain, a damaged door latch lock, and no remote for the TV. The buttons on the TV were misplaced as well. The furniture was in extremely poor condition, appearing as though it had been discarded, and the inside of the drawers was heavily stained and filthy. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, unsanitary, and nowhere near the standard I expected. Basic cleanliness, safety, and functionality should be the bare minimum for any accommodation. This experience was a complete waste of $70, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The staff was great. But I did have to ask for the sheets to be changed. They were dirty. The couch didn’t look to clean as well. The room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. It definitely needs some updating. On the bright side , the room was huge. After wiping down everything and getting the sheets changed, we were good. The bed was comfortable.
