The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very varied and nice with a large choice to suit all tastes. Our room had a very low bed and the wardrobe did not close. Overall I don’t think this hotel is a 4 star. The bathroom also needed some work as it was a little tired and the plug sockets were not properly fitted to the walls. Outside the pool area was nice but the pool needs to be cleaned and some of the loungers were broken.

There was quite a bit of work and construction going on around the area, but surprisingly, it was very quiet at night despite the hotel being located in the city center. The hotel itself felt almost magical, with a beautiful atmosphere, and the room and amenities were great. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t clearly stated that some rooms on the third floor have no windows. I wish this had been mentioned in the room description, as it would have helped me make a more informed choice when booking. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the city.

The room was very dusty, no soap for the shower in the bathroom and breakfast was terrible. Same pie every day, when i say same means the exact same one, for 4 days. The only reason i gave 2 stars and not one was that one of the young receptionist was very helpful.
