The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Aurum Uffizi. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The food was always fresh and enjoyable. Even though the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, the area felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax during my holiday. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, the spa is great and most importantly the bed and Bedding were fabulous! The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with a sense of calm and quiet. The staff very attentive and dedicated to our overall stay and well being! Alessandro in the restaurant & Simone,; Anna, Sara, Matilde at the front desk, Paula in the Spa and the valet staff helping with garage parking and luggage! Worth spending several days! . The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating! There was gelato and snacks available for free all day. The breakfast which was extra was amazing! The location was very convenient. Nothing but good things to say!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff, food and grounds are fantastic. Can’t recommend more! Big thanks to Luka and Giuseppe for making our stay so special. Great wine tasting and delicious wine recommendations. Won’t disappoint
