Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. "Room was clean. There were outlets that had no covers. Drawers wouldnt stay closed. Checkin staff talked so fast I really didnt understand what she was saying. You don't get daily housekeeping which means no fresh towels daily. Pool and hot tub were not heated. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was good."
