« Was met at the front desk by a person that either hated her job, or life in general. Not pleasant at all.
Found a terrible set up with the bathroom sink located in the hallway between bathroom and bed area. Literally, sink on left side of hall, bathroom on right side. Very awkward. The bathroom, like so many other motels, was inadequately ventilated. There are literally countless spots on the entire bathroom ceiling of black mold. « I checked in and checked out within the first hour.
1. The room. Smelled of cigarettes even though I reserved a non smoking room.
2. There was graffiti on the bathroom window and the privacy barrier had holes in it.
3. The weather stripping was missing from the door,
4. The furniture was moist and had cigarette ashes and smelled of mold.

« I was given a king suite on the top floor of the second building. The stairs up to it were rickety and when I opened the door to the room bugs scattered. The floors hadn't been cleaned and there were live and dead bugs in the bathroom as well. I asked for a different room and it was in the other building. It was better, but there were still a few roaches and the ceiling was dropping bits of plaster. »

« Staff were great. Place should be shut down it's a total dump.
Please understand the Staff did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. But this place shouldn't be open. Don't fall for the pictures they have to be 25 years ago. »
