The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned all week. We were told that rooms are done twice weekly unless otherwise requested. We pointed out that both trash cans were full, we had a pile of dirty towels and were almost out of toilet paper. There were multiple people at the desk. They were all unapologetic but stated that our room would be done today. When we returned, one staff member stopped us and said that our room had been taken care of. When we got upstairs, we found our room almost exactly how we left it. Literally the ONLY thing that had been done is that the trash had been emptied. No clean towels, no more toilet paper, no beds changed or even just made. We were disappointed to say the least. If you're only staying a day or two, or are ok with no service, this place is ok for the price.
