For US travelers, it would have been nice to know that there are no USB ports in the rooms, NO air conditioning and should buy a portable plug converter before coming.

Gym music until 11pm and from 7am on a Sunday and so loud sleep is impossible. I could even hear it through headphones. Staff were aware of this being an issue but no attempt to turn the music down and I wasn't allowed to move rooms so I left early. Really disappointing - what's the point of a hotel stay if you can't sleep? Lumpy pillows so better to bring your own and my shower wasn't working very well. I've stayed here for 2 years but this will certainly be the last time.

Amazing location and good views. Great friendly staff and quick check in.
The air-conditioning in the room was quite weak and the room was tidy but not spotless. There was a broken hanger which could have been a hazard.
