Parking is not good. Too many mosquitoes on the property. No one on front desk. Have to call for staff to come. ( problem if I don't have a phone like some travellers).pro: 5 min walk to bus station and bakery.

Good budget hotel. Close to a bus stop so it easy to transport. Dirty carpet and uncomfortable mattress. I would consider staying again, because you cant beat the price. I was also told by the front desk i needed to reuse the shower towels three times before i was allowed to have clean ones again.

Worth the stay.
This is a cozy family hotel. Quiet and old style house. Close to the tram and bus station that take you direct to Venice. Do not expect to be in a five 17 star hotel. If you are that spoiled this place is not for you.

Bugs on breakfast table, cold! Do not go there!!
BUGS IN THE ROOM AND BREAKFAST AREA, EVEN ON THE TABLE. We could not eat properly as there were different bugs on the table near the food, as well as in the room especially in the bathroom. POOR BREAKFAST, 2 croissants with gem and butter, we asked for extra croissants and we were refused, after 10 mins the man changed his mind and brought us one! :-)) We asked to serve the breakfast(the croissants) in the room the next days to avoid the bugs coming on the table, but we were not allowed. Therefore, we stopped having breakfast there. VERY COLD ROOM, I got a cold after sleeping there as it was very cold and the answer when we complained was " even I am sick and I wear a jacket because is cold " ... you should provide heaters in this case... we were freezing every night. Not to mention the blanket which is not even a blanket.. anyway, WORST HOTEL/VILLA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO

Easy access to Venice
Once the owner arrived, he was more than helpful. We were able to park on the grounds, and he gave us a map of Venice straight away, with assistance on how to get there. There is a tram stop only a five minute walk away, with regular trams to Venice...easy!! Comfortable old style rooms, the heater took a while to warm the room, but it was very cold outside! Breakfast was the usual Italian fare. It is also only a five minute walk to the centre piazza of Mestre, which is a hive of activity at night with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

This hotel is for older people. There is no all hours staff, so if you have a late arrival to Venice, don't pick this hotel. The heat in the room didn't work very well either.

Convenient and Friendly
Marco at concierge was super helpful. He stayed open to let us in on our late arrival. Great directions, friendly atmosphere, dated but vintage-cute building. Breakfast was not as fresh or rich, and the TV was small but the amenities, including distance from all points of interest and public transportation and the fact that we could leave our car parked there while exploring Venice into mid-afternoon, meant that our peace of mind on convenience was priceless. Plus, the stay was overall inexpensive, and the room was quiet! Thank you :)

Villa Crispi - convenient location close to Venice
The hotel is conveniently located in quiet neighborhood of Mestre. It takes 15 minutes by bus to get to Venice and the bus stop is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff.

Απαίσιο ξενοδοχείο. Βρώμικο και παραμελημένο. Με το που είδαμε το δωμάτιο αποφασίσαμε να φύγουμε. Παλιά έπιπλα, παλιά κουβέρτα λερωμένη βρώμικη μοκέτα.. Πραγματικά το χειρότερο σενάριο που έχω κλείσει ποτέ. Μείνετε μακριά!

Nefasta experiencia
Reservamos el hotel con varios meses de antelación (en temporada baja) y justo el día de antes nos envían un email, ni siquiera nos llaman, diciéndonos que el baño está “roto” (sospechoso). Nos comentan que vayamos a otro hotel, que ya están informados. Cuando llegamos a este hotel (mucho más lejos del centro, a las afueras de la ciudad) los chicos de recepción nos comentan que no saben nada y que el hotel está lleno. Tras hacer varias llamadas y pasar bastante tiempo, nos dicen que vayamos a un tercer hotel con habitación más grande en el que podamos hospedarnos. Dicho hotel no se asemeja en absoluto a las características que vimos en Villa Crispi (habitación diminuta, baño pequeño y viejo). Nosotros cuando reservamos Villa Crispi, buscábamos algo en el centro y con decoración bonita, por lo que no se asemeja nada a lo que buscábamos. Para los que lo estéis leyendo, no recomendamos este sitio por la seriedad de los gerentes, ya que no nos creemos lo del baño roto, si no que contratamos la habitación en enero para agosto y no se correspondía con la tarifa real.

Definitivamente es un lugar que no debe estar en Expedía, no tiene Recepcion y aunque en su información dice claramente que el check in cierra 9pm y llegues antes de dicha hora no habrá nadie para abrirte la puerta, está totalmente cerrado, y sin internet ni llamadas ¿qué haces?, espere por más de una hora hasta que de suerte alguien llegó y pudo comunicarse con la dueña y ayudarme a entrar, además pedir pagar en el establecimiento y el día de mi check in me hicieron sin autorización el cargo a mi tarjeta registrada en Expedía, ¿que les pasa, quien se creen?, el lugar es viejo, horrible, su lava manos está tapado, sus sábanas son muy muy viejas, jamás te quedes aquí, arruinarán tus vacaciones de mil maneras, ah y el wifi no llegaba a la habitación, para acabar.

Ottimo soggiorno
Bellissima struttura nel cuore di Mestre. Camere pulite, confortevoli. A 2 km dalla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre, posizione strategica per raggiungere Venezia. Asciugamani e lenzuola pulite, camera calda ed accogliente. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Assolutamente consigliato!

Very bad stay, mean landlord, no reception
Terrible stqy. First of all, the landlord state there is a parking onsite. While this is technically true, they propose you to park in their garden and to park 7 cars next to each others with no more access to your car and to move it once you are parked. We explained the landlord that we had to leave early morning the next day and she just did care, saying eanly on the phone "if you are not happy, park in the street (there was absolutely no parking space available in the street!!) or leave to another hotel". In addition this "hotel" has no reception so when you arrive you are bloked outside the building. We had to call the landlord and she just told us to ask the keys to the cleaning lady (which was locked inside). We found the cleaning lady who gave the keys to us, however she does not speak a word of english (she is not a receptionist after all!) and you are left clueless... In addition, since there was no reception at check in and check out, we could not pay the room. I call the landlord, she just very harshly old me to "leave the keys and just go". Then a few days letter I have been debited on ,my credit card by an amunt higher than my initial resevration; with no explanations from Hotels.com and no invoice from the landlord!!! I would not recommand this stay because it is not a hotel and the staff is just friendly at all. In fact, this attitude just ruined my visit of Venice and I am very very disappointed that Hotels.com does not manage fake offers with fake parking....

Non ritorneremo.
Siamo arrivati in ritardo e non ci ha accolto nessuno. Dopo ripetute chiamate una ragazza ci riferisce che la signora delle pulizie ci aspetta. Gli infissi non si chiudevano ed entrava la luce e il freddo. La stanza era molto bella ma le tende non si chiudevano. Pulizia mediocre poiché in bagno c'erano dei capelli.
