This location is excellent and convenient for local shopping plus near the airport. But one thing need to be improve is that the hot water. A gas boiler would be ideal.

Amazing customer service and hotel!
Our stay was amazing! The customer service is great and they give you great recommendations to places throughout Venice! Yes the destination was a little farther than expected, but it is a 5 minute walk to the train station and the train ride is 25 minutes totally worth it! Great service, and clean space we loved it!

It is an apartment block in a modern part of Quarto d'Altino, so no view but good parking znd supermarket and a straightforward walk to the station. Clean but could do with updating cnd some fixtures and fittings replacing. Water pressure is very low indeed, worth bearing in mind if you have teenage daughters with long hair to wash! The staff are absolutely fabulous and if a suburban self catering location suits you then this is ideal. It suited us.

The staff were wonderful. We were greeted well and provided with all the local knowledge needed. When our return flight at the airport was cancelled they arranged a taxi to return to them and accommodate us for the night. They also ordered us a taxi to return to the airport the following morning. All this was done with great sympathy and understanding. Wonderful!

We love the place! We cooked our breakfast , the supermarket, the pharmacy (that we needed because of my sister-in-law needed some medicine) were nearby. The area was quiet and safe during the night that we were there. The pharmacist was very accommodating and helped us got the medicine my husband needed during that time. The landlord was very helpful to us and we communicated well. Our room was comfortable . I am highly recommending this Residence.

The place is great, 10min from the train station. It was hard getting here since it was new years eve but the apartment had a lot of space and was fully equipped.

This property is about a 13 car ride from the airport. It’s a bit isolated from the main city of Venice. It’s located in a small town in the outskirts of Venice. Very cozy with little shops and places to eat. Limited but nice. Good for a 1-2 day stay between flights. If your from USA, bring UK to USA electrical adapter. Renzo lent us one from the office. He’s great! Grocery store nearby, pharmacy, gelato, et.

Renzo is a fantastic guy, he offered to pick us up from station, gave us all info we needed to travel around Venice.... The apartment is nice, clean and spacious with kitchen. Good location, 10mins from train station, restaurants and supermarkets are just 2mins away. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

Ok place to stay
Our trip was good the hotel and staff were friendly. The room was ok it had some black mold on the bathroom ceiling and smelled of cigarette smoke considering it was a non smoking facility. Over all our stay was good

The apartment was the perfect size for my family of 6. We had enough space to spread out a little without feeling cramped and the balcony was nice too. The apartment complex could use a little modifying but it met our needs so I can’t complain. There is parking on site which is great! There are some restaurants near by and a grocery store. The lady who checked us in was amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she had short dirty blonde hair with glasses. We told her we were going to spend the day in Venice and she got us a map of Venice and pointed out a bunch of places and routes to take and she also gave us all the information for the train station which is very close to the apartment and an easy walk (even with young children). Overall the stay was nice and convenient before we went on our cruise. Thanks.

If you don’t mind traveling to/from Venice everyday for about 30 minutes (€6.90), then this is a very good place to stay.

Residence Venice located in the sleepy town of Quarto d’ Altino is about a 20 minute train to Venezia St. Lucia (where all of the action is located). The property is nicely tended and Renzo does everything to make you feel comfortable. The room is very spacious and easily accommodates a family. An easy 10-12 minute walk to the Stazione and your off to explore Venezia. Will warn you that there is very limited dining options in the vicinity of the hotel and that it’s basically a ghost town on Sunday. The market near the hotel offers several hot entrees.

I liked the room, it was very comfortable and cute. It contained everything we needed. The train station is a 10 min walk to the train station and 5 minutes to a grocery store and bars. Front desk was very helpful and flexible. Thank you!

Nice family Business
This hotel was very affordable, clean and the owners were very friendly. As we were looking for a place to stay for only one night and was not interested in visiting Marco Polo Square it was perfect. There is not much to see there, but the train is a short walk. There is a fabulous pizzaria less than 5 minutes away. Angela is very helpful and friendly.

Everything was exactly as pictured and reviewed!
We had arranged with hotel to be picked up, our driver was there waiting and very courteous. We were arriving late , driver helped get our keys. Our apartment was exactly as pictured and all amenities possible offered. The receptionist was very helpful if not for the air traffic control strike causing our flight delayed a day we probably would have been able to use some of the tips 😕 and nobody was willing to reimburse day missed on room 😐 It was a 10 minute walk from train station that ends right where water bus station is in Venice in about 25 minutes, bus takes about 30 minutes depending on number of stops to get to St. Marks square plan ahead

Nice app near train to Venice
Nice app, great comfort beds, kitchen with all apliances you need like ketler, toaster, espreso mashine, dishwasher... Bathroom is big with washing mashine and dryer. Owners are very friendly, they give us instruction what to do, where to eat, how to go to Venice and what to see there. Who want to shop Noventa di Piave is close to this app.

The day i went to thus hotel i actually thought it would be a grand room. As i went in there were 2 double beds and 1 single bed. The kitchen was very neat and tidy, as i was very tired i wanted to have a shower so i did and it was very good. When i finished and my brother had a go it was freezing as ice. We called the receptionist and she said every 30 mins you should have a shower then only it would work.

Gentile David, mi dispiace di quanto le è successo penso che innavertitamente abbiate lasciato scorrere l'acqua calda perchè ogni appartamento ha a disposizione lt.80 di acqua a 65° e solo una volta consumata tutta bisogna attendere che si riscaldi di nuovo, ed è quanto vi ho riferito, poichè non è certo nostra abitudine lasciare i nostri ospiti senza acqua calda. Spero di potervi avere ancora nostri ospiti per potervelo dimostrare.

Perfect Hotel Close to Venice
My husband and I were thrilled with the hotel when we arrived! A little outside of Venice (about 30min by train), but really not a big deal at all! Renzo was amazing...sat us down and showed us everything we needed to know about Venice. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable! We had a great time!

This place was so great, we almost didn't get to see Venice the whole time we were there because this place was so great and we didn't want to leave! It was spacious, clean and comfortable and the people who work there are really friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with transport to Venice
Nice hotel with spacious room which include everything what you need for short stay. Wifi is provided but very poor signal. Only Italian channels on tv. Location is quiet not much to do around. You can hire bike and circle in the countryside. The train access is great to Venice 25 mins journey and only €3.40/person/way.

15 min from train station directly into Venice
Awesome staff, very friendly, they take you into the office and let you know exactly what to do in Venice. Perfect! Very cheap, 10/15min from train station (walking) only €3.40 single for adult directly into Venice. Trains run all day, up until 00:20. Cannot fault the hotel, apart from the shower not being very good. There is a supermarket 2min walk from the accommodation, open til 8pm most nights. Great way to keep costs down a little. There is also a lovely little cafe 2 doors up from the supermarket to get pastry, coffee, bakery goods and lunch which is VERY cheap. Would HIGHLY recommend!

The hotel staff is excellent and helps you maximize your days in Venice. There is a market and bank within the same block. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station. You can enjoy the walk. The cost of train is 3.75 and a 20 minute ride to the end of the line train station to the city. I will stay here again. We had the deluxe room 3 twin beds and sofa bed. The beds were super comfy.

Nice Apartment close to Venice
Our stay at Hotel Venice was great! We were running late and Angela was accomodating making clear arrangements for the key pick up. The train station was close by and Angela was very thorough on explaining what train to take and recommended a few sights to see in Venice on a map she gave me. It was about a 20 min train ride into Venice. The view from balcony was of a few trees and some other basic buildings. The bed was comfortable and the room had all necessities. We cooked our own dinner one night and the second night we went to Da Odino in Quart D'Altino and it was Amazing!!!! Wonderful Sea food from the North Adriatic Sea! This is not a fancy place to stay but it's clean, roomy, good price, comfortable and very accommodating for all of our needs during our stay. Thank you Angela!

I was pleasantly surprised with the whole stay. Very clean facility and very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff (couple). All the amenities (grocery store etc.) are very close by. Friendly home from home
We would highly recommend Residence Venice as a base for visiting Venice and the surrounding area. It is a short train ride into Venice S.Lucia to explore beautiful Venice or Mestre from where there are good connections to surrounding places of interest. We liked being away from the tourist bustle which was at its height in July and the town has lots to offer as a place to stay. The staff team bent over backwards to make our stay a good one, from organising airport transfers and answering questions via email from home to offering great advice for where to visit on check in as well as working really hard to help us organise a trip to the surrounding islands. Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated their friendly advice.
