Regarding the room and bathroom, the shower had very little water pressure, and the curtain was too short, causing water to spill out of the bathtub. The facilities themselves are very nice and pleasant.

Small coastal town with low population. You walk across the street to get to the Ocean front because you are housed on the Bayside. The picture in the advertisement is not the villa we received, which was not a big deal. Upon entry it was extremely tidy, clean with newer amenities but there were some underlying issues. First day my daughter was sitting at the table & something started to crawl on her. They were marching up off the floor onto the dining table to get the crumbs left behind from the previous guest on a woven placemat. The crumbs were trapped underneath a woven dinner placemat. I made the property aware of it that told me they were sugar ants so not to leave food out so we did not. We also had an American cockroach in one of the bathrooms first day. Management sprayed for both. Each day we were there we had 1-2 cockroach visitors in the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen. The ants made their way to the kitchen counter. I’ve been to enough coastal places to know that is a common nuisance. I do think that this needs a proper exterminator regarding the pests. My biggest concern is bringing one home in my luggage. The water can be choppy. The water appeared cooler than siesta key and there are plenty of shark teeth to be found. The grounds are gorgeous. We did not use the pool. It was warmer than what I prefer. It is extremely quiet and peaceful. The showerheads definitely are lacking pressure.
