Breakfast was great even for a not hot breakfast day they still had waffles to cook.

The hotel was nicely located but I was put in a room with the electricity not working on the bed/bedside side of the room. The ceiling fan didn’t work and the exhaust fan in the bathroom just made loud noise but didn’t actually move air. The fact that the staff was so rude and wouldn’t move us and wanted our driver license to loan us an extension cord or fan was very disappointing. The need for electricity by the bed was for a medical device and we used a jackery (large portable battery) that we brought with us for emergencies. Breakfast was contenential and the staff acted very put out that he needed to restock yogurt. I won’t stay in this hotel again nor could I recommend it to anyone.

We had a great stay! It should be noted that there is no longer a pool and the staff asked that we write that in our review.

Beach location was perfect for a relaxing week. Beach House was clean and well appointed with necessities.

Before booking, there are a few things future guests should know: 1- The rooms did not have a "Do Not Disturb" or "Please Make Up Room" sign or electronic system, which was inconvenient. 2- Unlike most 4- or 5-star hotels, the room did not include complimentary personal toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor. 3- The hotel parking fee was significantly higher compared to nearby parking options 4- The room cleaning service was also not up to the expected standard. On one occasion, even after the room had been cleaned, the coffee cups were left dirty on the table. 5- We booked a room for four beds, but the room was prepared for only two. There were only two sets of towels, toiletries, and complimentary tea and coffee supplies. 6- There were no bathroom slippers in the room. After calling the front desk several times and waiting quite a while, they finally brought one pair of slippers for a room with four guests!
