Vashon : location guest houses et maisons d'hôte

« Une des pires nuits de ma vie ! Pas d'accueil physique, check-in avec l'application est peu fastidieux et surtout ouverture de porte avec l'application très aléatoire et très long ! Pas très agréable après une journée de visite de devoir effectuer toutes ces démarches. L'hôtel ou plutôt la chambre d'hôtes (sans hôtes !) est situé loin du centre ville dans un quartier résidentiel. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Les points positifs...

« Great place to stay, I would not recommend if you have knee-problems are old age, because this place has stairs (we were on the third floor). There were issues with the internet as we had to use someone’s internet during our stay. And the air conditioning unit would blow cold air on top and hot air on the sides. We would come back to a hot hot room. Other than that, it was in a safe neighborhood and the bus stop was conveniently in front of the place! »

« Alexandra and Harry were wonderful hosts - so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Their guest house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even during the hot summer days, the space stayed nice and cool (A/C and fans provided). The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and quite hilly (a good little workout!). « Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...
