Best Western Plus Tin Wis Resort

"Very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated room with ocean view. You can actually watched sunset directly from your balcony though we enjoyed it from the beach. The atmosphere there on the beach is just magnificent and lively. The property is well maintained and equipped with BBQ areas, fireplaces etc. There is also a hot tub and a very decent gym. We love the kitchenette (stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and other necessary utensils) and actually prepared a simple steak dinner in the room (with grocery from Coop store in Tofino). Our room came with breakfast. While not fancy, it provides all the items you need for a hearty breakfast to get your day started. There is also a counter near the front desk where you can get a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Staff here is friendly and accomodating. We really enjoy our stay here and this is a property we will consider when we visit Long Beach/Tofino again in the future."

"It was a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the bungalow with its hot tub and BBQ, and the fact that it was just a 2 min walk to Mackenzie Beach. The place was very clean and well-stocked. If I could suggest just one thing to the owner, it would be to update the bungalow photos on this website to better showcase how well stocked the rooms are."

"Excellent location. The home had everything you will need and with plenty of room for everyone. There was easy access to the water (Inlet side) from the property. We will definitely stay at this property again. Great place."

"We totally enjoyed our stay at the bird sanctuary. In the morning, we sat outside on the deck and watched mostly the hummingbirds. It was so quiet and a great getaway. Ken pointed out some of the interesting places to hike and to eat on the island. We hiked at the lighthouse, the rainforest and the beaches. Had some delicious seafood."
