"This guest house stay was absolutely perfect for our time in Varadero. The host and her husband were so warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in. We were presented with fresh juice inside their house. Our actual room was also perfect including a kitchen and patio. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We were also offered breakfast both mornings for a small charge - VERY worth it and delicious! The hosts also helped to arrange our transportation back to Havana for a good price....

I come from the hospitality industry and as a specialist I can specify what is terrible about this resort.
1) facilities are not well maintained and well cleaned
2) The buffet was the worst I have seen in my life, food was not only disgusting, but it was also bad presented and only to look at it was difficult.
3) cleanness of the restaurants, terrible.
4) the staff didn’t have clue of what service and hospitality is from and...
