This is a very safe and walkable neighborhood near Queen Elizabeth Park, Nat Bailey Stadium, playgrounds, swimming pool, tennis courts and major bike lanes. We are four blocks away from major transit routes. We are located a 20-min drive to the airport and a 15-min drive to Downtown Vancouver. Business Licence No. 25-157119 (Short-term Rental). The private suite is a garden level 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom open concept space with a kitchen. A washer and dryer, that you share with us, is located on the same level. The suite is located in a Character House that is centrally located in a vibrant residential area of Vancouver. The private suite has been renovated and is nicely decorated for a comfortable stay.
