« Dirty sheets, floors, bathroom, over all disgusting. We did not have towels and our phones in the room did not work to the front desk. We had to drive around the property for towels and sheets. Washer, dryer, ice machine, and vending was out of order. Pool is advertised but it not in order. Microwave was missing. Bugs in multiple rooms. »

« The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better. »

Gros point négatif, mais comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels où nous avons séjourné: beaucoup trop de plastique à usage unique au petit déjeuner (couverts en plastiques, emballés dans du plastique!). Je pense qu'il y a un gros effort à faire à ce niveau dans l'hôtellerie aux US! »

I was terrified throughout the night after noticing at least 20 different types of insects crawling on the curtains, bathroom walls, and floor. It was an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others. »

« Personnel agréable et chambre correcte. Gros bémol sur la présence de nombreux crickets à moitié morts dans la chambre. Malheureusement c'est la période et il n'y a pas grand chose que l'on puisse faire nous a dit la réceptionniste. Les enfants ne sont pas trop rassurés mais ok, c'est le jeu dame nature, on fait avec. Par contre dame nature ne doit vraiment pas être contente de la vaisselle jetable : verres et bols en polystyrène, couverts en plastiques, bref l'hôtel ne veut rien avoir à laver...
