« The beds had hair all over them, finger nail clippings on the carpet so the cleaners did not vacuum.
The bath sink and counter had hair all over as if someone shaved and no one bothered to clean anything up.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Mold on curtains.
The shower curtain had boogers and snot all over it.
Hotel staff was nice though.
The cleaning staff needs to be taught how to actually clean. »

« This place is a dump. Shame on Expedia for promoting this place. It was so bad that I left for another hotel, losing the money I paid for the room. It's all bad, dirty, matress was at least 25 years old, the bathroom is old dirty and smelling. DO NOT STAY THERE! »

« The entire staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The room was spacious, and there was plenty of coffee and other amenities available in the room and the shared kitchen. The property was quiet and well maintained. The bed was comfortable - my husband had the best night's sleep he's had in ages. We will be back again - hopefully on a weekend when there is something going on because we want to see the Art Center, etc. when there's some activity. »

« Hotel is very cute and clean. The owners did a nice job renovating an old property. Other reviews mentioned the area being “sketchy”. It’s not, San Angelo is just an older town. It’s a small hotel, so parking is a pinch. We came back after a football game at 10pm and got the last spot in the lot.
My only drawback was the staff. The gentleman that checked us in was nice. The two ladies that were there in the morning when we came down for breakfast barely spoke. The woman that was supposed to be...

« Bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Hôtel bien placé, parking gratuit appréciable. Petit déjeuner correct.
Gros point négatif, mais comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels où nous avons séjourné: beaucoup trop de plastique à usage unique au petit déjeuner (couverts en plastiques, emballés dans du plastique!).
Je pense qu'il y a un gros effort à faire à ce niveau dans l'hôtellerie aux US! »

« The AC was cold and the bed was clean but other than that it’s very run down. Elevators were broken bc they had been struck by lightning the night before. Pool was drained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was just run down and not kept up. Sinks/faucets were dirty. »
