Room was not very cleaned, stained carpet, bathroom was pretty beat up and needs a real deep clean. Disappointing; have stayed there before and property has really gone down hill.

Look at the outside of property it was decent. Went to go to our room, the door was open because the handle way broke, didn’t even need a key card to get in. The security latch from the inside was broke. Go to the bed and check the mattress there was black spots on the yellowest mattress I have ever seen. No bugs that I seen luckily. All the sheets and towels had stains all over them. The showers does not have any grippy in the bottom of the tub. I fell. There was mold in the grout. The tv had four channels. The lamp was broken. Had to unplug from the wall. After I fell out of the shower I asked for a refund. The front desk got snappy with me. I told them I fell out of the shower because it was so slick once again because there was no grippy on the bottom of tub. They only refunded me two night instead of the previous night as well. It was not a good experience.

Room was okay but smelled a lot like smoke. Needed new covers on the bed, the were torn. Restroom needed some better cleaning and a little dangerous too. Had a rusted screw on the floor.

There’s no maintenance very bad restrooms our toilet was clog when we walked in and the lady made us unclog it ourselves. Very overpriced for low quality
