This hotel is beautiful and smells amazing from the first step inside. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. The downfall was not enough staff. There was always a line at the front desk and no employee in sight. We were also told their parking was full but could see the lot from our room and their were multiple open spots

The room was fine and it was convenient as far as location to what we planned to do. The highlight that we were looking forward to was the room service. This wasn’t the great experience that we hoped it would be. We ordered from the Guy Fieri restaurant and my husband got the chili fries. He was not impressed with his food at all. I ordered a steak and eggs and it was ok at best. The quality of the food didn’t match the price. It kind of felt like we were paying for the experience more than the actual awesomeness of the food. The room was clean though and check in staff was friendly. I don’t know if I would stay again though.
