"The staff is exceptionally friendly. My experience was not great, however. It was bad timing. They are renovating and updating the hotel. During most my stay, the TV was out since my room wasn't upgraded yet. The breakfast was also only so-so. The waffle bar options could be expanded."

"A beautiful property in an amazing setting! The Inn is a wonderful destination! Beautifully landscaped with high end finishes, the rooms are comfortable, very clean and well appointed! The staff, from the valet to the housekeeping, front desk to the restaurant are exceptional! Come and enjoy the mountains with a glass of wine and relax! On the property of the Biltmore, the is plenty to see and do! We intend to make this a 2x years experience."
