« Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le déjeuner est diversifié, un peu de tout. Nous avons passé 8 nuits, et on y retournerait sans hésiter! Endroit très propre fidèle à la description et aux photos. Espace BBQ, foyer au gaz et bois a l’extérieur. Parfait pour relaxer »

« The door to our room was partially broken making it difficult to open. Everything else was pretty good. »

« Yes, shops and restaurants are nearby. However, the property is a little noisy due to the older structure. The staff are great and make up for any issues. »

« No staff at the front desk/lobby when we attempted to check in nor when we left in the morning (8:30). No way to get into the room because we later were told that "when you book with Expedia they dont send a "code to your room" which we didnt learn until we stood on a very dark stoop trying to get in. We eventually got into the building but then couldnt get into our room. Eventally we called the emergency number and we were given a code to get in. »

« Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! »
