"This property is a motel; calling it a two or three-star hotel is a long stretch. I checked in via live agent on a video feed, the first for me. However, there wasn't any problem. The only positive review I give this property is a clean and comfy bed. We found out the door lock was not able to latch on when we were leaving. It wasn't the night before; not sure what happened, but we're glad we didn't know about that then. There is plenty of good food around the area. "
