Nice but noisy. I could hear conversation, et al on adjacent rooms on both sides of my room. It made for sleep deprived nights. there was also cigarette smoke that came into my room from another, and this is supposed to be a smoke-free property.

Good standard of hotel and good location The hotel is in a prime location, right next to public transport links which make it easy to travel round the city. The standard of the hotel overall is good, although could do with a refresh decor wise. The rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

Close to the actionMy friend and I were going to a concert at Bill Graham Auditorium. It is 1 1/2 blocks away. It is even closer to the Orpheum Theater. We felt very safe walking to and from at night. Breakfast in the restaurant was the perfect end to our stay.

Nice hotel where you can walk to everythingThe hotel was very clean & staff friendly. The room we booked was tiny but the decor was super charming. It was an ok size for just the 2 of us, plus with touring around to see the sites we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room itself. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the MUNNI ...
