"Perfect Stay!"
From the moment we walked in the service was EXCELLENT. There was staff to acknowledge and welcome you as soon as you walk through the doors, the hotel and room was perfectly clean/comfortable and easy breezy checkout. Liz, the young lady who checked us in, greeted us with a smile and treated us so warmly we KNEW we found the right place. As helpful and kind as she was in our check-in, we received that very same quality of customer care on our check out. Thank you, Liz! We would Definitely return!

"Short walk from Union Square "
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom are cozy but what you would expect from hotel room in the middle of the city. It was enough space to move around and the bed was so cozy!

"Rooms were redone nicely. Bathroom was old."
We enjoyed the stay. The room was a little bit small, and the bathroom needed to be updated. But the location was great, and the price reasonable.

I have found that Omni hotels can be relied upon across America. Staff are always very helpful, facilities are excellent and rooms are very comfortable. The SF Omni was no exception.

Low score on cleanliness because my hand towel was dirty when I arrived. There was something dried and brown on the backside of it, like a booger or something. Bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Roadside room had moderate road noise at night and in morning.

"Great hotel close to everything! "
Beautiful "yesteryear" lobby, lovely room, fabulous bathroom. The Serrano is near Union Square, and close to everything - great location. The highlight of each morning was relaxing in the very inviting lobby with the most awesome coffee!

"Excellent Hotel with Spacious Rooms"
Overall, this hotel was great. The GOOD: - Room was very spacious! - There was plenty of furniture in the room, so we were very comfortable with our stuff all over the place. - The hotel lobby looks very nice! The MEH: - Although the front desk service wasn't rude, I feel like they could have been more friendly. Perhaps she had a long day. The BAD: - They happened to have an event for young persons downstairs, and it was very noisy. We had to wade through lots of people to get to our elevator. I believe this affected the parking situation as well (it was super crowded). Fortunately, we didn't hear anything from our room. - They didn't provide shampoo in our room (mistakes happen) but when we called the front desk, it still didn't come. We had to call again, and even then it took quite a while (at least fifteen minutes) before someone came to our door. And the person who brought it didn't seem apologetic about it (although he wasn't rude). In summary, we chose a bad day to stay at this hotel (I don't think the event was the hotel's fault), and there was a little mishap regarding shampoo (I don't know how often this happens). But the room itself was very decent, and the premises was very nice.
