Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. "Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed."

The property is very well maintained with lots of amenities and in a nice quiet location but close to the attractions of Napa Valley. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is outstanding and extremely accomodating with whatever needs or requests we had. Will definately go back."
