Clean! Comfortable, and Paul and Gema are great hosts. The house is convenient in that it's only a 15 min walk to the Metro into Valencia (around 30-45 min) and the town has everything you could want. Mercadona 5 min, restaurants 15 min and, if you're a mountain biker, trails across the street. We're a family of 5(kids 8-12) and we enjoyed it thoroughly , even without sun. Thanks, and we'll be back..…Clean! Comfortable, and Paul and Gema are great hosts. There were 10 of us including 3 teenagers. The property is beautiful. There is so much outside space. The pool is deep and great for swimming. There is an outside kitchen with charcoal bbq and propane paella ring that you can also cook on. There are 2 fridges. The inside layout is also good. There is an air conditioner in the lounge and fans in the rooms (ceiling and portable) Angel and Elliot were both super helpful and responsive. Angel did a Paella class which was fun, he organized anything we asked. We really liked La Canyada. It was an easy walk to shops and the train.. The Metro isn’t frequent though so better to know the times and buy the 10 journey pass for extra savings. Really enjoyed our stay.…There were 10 of us including 3 teenagers. We have just spent a fantastic two weeks at this extremely spacious property with family and friends. The villa is well equipped, with plenty of activities for children and adults, the large pool was a real bonus. It’s position is perfect for easy access to the airport, Valencia and the local amenities and restaurants.
