This was by far the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. None of the air conditioning units worked properly. They barely cooled the rooms and made loud, constant noises throughout the night. My daughter had to change rooms twice because of the same A/C issue, but the replacement rooms were no better. All five of our rooms had the same problem with the showers—the tubs would fill with water while showering because they wouldn’t drain properly, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water every time. The beds were incredibly hard, feeling more like wooden boards than actual mattresses. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and far from the city center. To make matters worse, the room keys constantly stopped working, so we had to keep going back to reception to have them reprogrammed. Overall, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and not worth the price. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic location just around the corner from the arena. Can’t fault it. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel located perfectly to enjoy Verona and transport links for trips to Lake Garda, Venice or a little further. The hotel staff were all so polite and helpful. Breakfast was so nice and the rooftop bar was an added bonus. Would highly recommend a stay at this little ‘gem’ of a hotel.
