Great location to visit Tuscany. View of San Gimignano. Large room with good amenities. Good breakfast to start your day.

Un des plus beau endroits que je suis allé de ma vie. Super bien organisé, propre, avec des gens gentils et un endroit merveilleux. Je conseille l’endroit à n’importe qui :) .

We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic, Natalia was so helpful and so kind. We were sad we didn’t stay longer! Would highly recommend for your stay in Tuscany!

Wonderful stay. Lovely staff and hosts.

We would definitely stay here again.

The road to the property is beyond scary but well worth the drive.

The owners are amazing. The room was clean, the breakfast was always fresh and homemade. We used the covered outdoor seating area every afternoon to enjoy a bottle of wine and take in the SPECTACULAR view. Anna even shared her delicious Torte recipe with us and we cannot wait to try and replicate when we get home.

I spent three nights at the villa and couldn’t have been more pleased. The building is new and the rooms are equipped with modern conveniences. They have done very well to keep the look of an old Tuscan Villa while keeping the feel modern inside. The staff were very attentive and helped us with any questions we had. The villa is so small sometimes you feel like you have it all to yourself! The Thank you grounds are stunning in every corner is an opportunity for a photo. The food was...

Tout était parfait, Antonella la propriétaire est un ange. Nous avons été traités mon mari et moi comme des rois..

Amazing hotel!!

Cozy and quiet place in the midst of nature. Host was extremely welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

The room was very convenient for visiting the Leonardo museum. There was a restaurant near by for supper. We came by bus so we had to watch the schedule out as it was a Sunday and there were only two buses back. Coffee and tea was appreciated.

Been at this hotel at least 5 times, never disappointed me.
