"Absolutely would recommend! The property is beautiful, close to the beach, and at night you can hear the ocean. The host Eliska was very responsive with a very smooth check in/out process. We had zero issues while we were there. The loft area was super cute for our grandsons who were 1 year and 8 months old. There are gates at the top and bottom of the stairs to prevent any accidents. There are several beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, beach umbrella, and toys. The game room area was a family favorite at night when we were back at the property too!Would definitely stay again!"

"We are currently touring Florida from the UK & we came across this amazing property . The hosts were so attentive & the property has everything we could possibly need & more. The Home is in a perfect location close to the beach and Saint Augustine. Spotlessly clean comfortable and full of thoughtful extras. The pool, hot tub, sauna and game spaces made it feel like a private resort. It’s better than the photos —we will definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful time at this home for a large family vacation. We had many kids ranging from 1.5 years to 10 years old and the home had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We loved eating at the outdoor tables by the pool and the large kitchen table. The kids loved the outdoor chess, the pool toys, and the pool lights in the evening made evening swims fun. The house was equipped with everything we needed, it was a short walk to the beach, and the property management team was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Great screened in porch with dinning table, we ate most of our meals there. The uncovered deck was also great with a gas fire pit and a hot tub. Location was very consider walking to the ocean or to Caps on the Water restaurant. Only negative was that the road was very busy at times with the restaurant traffic. "
