"Absolutely would recommend! The property is beautiful, close to the beach, and at night you can hear the ocean. The host Eliska was very responsive with a very smooth check in/out process. We had zero issues while we were there. The loft area was super cute for our grandsons who were 1 year and 8 months old. There are gates at the top and bottom of the stairs to prevent any accidents. There are several beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, beach umbrella, and toys. The game room area was a family favorite at night when we were back at the property too!Would definitely stay again!"

"We are currently touring Florida from the UK & we came across this amazing property . The hosts were so attentive & the property has everything we could possibly need & more. The Home is in a perfect location close to the beach and Saint Augustine. Spotlessly clean comfortable and full of thoughtful extras. The pool, hot tub, sauna and game spaces made it feel like a private resort. It’s better than the photos —we will definitely stay again."

"This property was very convenient to the beach and it had all the amenities you would want. Kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to eat in and not leave. The beds were comfortable, love that we had TVs in every bedroom and even outside. Unfortunately, the other couple traveling with us was not able to make it, but the house was plenty big for two couples and some. The pool was a nice perk although we only used it twice. Loved how close the property was to Saint Augustine downtown as it was very convenient.The only negative we found in the house was the covered patio appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. There were spiderwebs all along the inside of the screen room and the nice wooden table outside appeared to be dirty and a little moldy. I only mention this so that the owner may be aware if they rely on a crew to maintain the space.But nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, and we would definitely come back again."

"Great screened in porch with dinning table, we ate most of our meals there. The uncovered deck was also great with a gas fire pit and a hot tub. Location was very consider walking to the ocean or to Caps on the Water restaurant. Only negative was that the road was very busy at times with the restaurant traffic. "

"Excellent rental for family gatherings. The house is nice, spacious, and well furnished. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa a lot. The host was great with communication and everything was well organized. Highly recommended this rental to anyone looking in the area. "
