Great location if your are travelling about in a car. Looked like plenty of bus services but I didn’t use this. I was travelling back and forth to Irun so perfect for me. The room has great cooking facilities, bed was comfy, very updated look and shower was nice and powerful. The gym facilities were basic but good for a quick cardio or stretching session Cleaning facilities I looked to use them but my card didn’t work, 5-6€ per wash or dryer.

Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Beautiful location set into the woods with a lovely path.

Good location though took a little while to find the hotel as it’s not brilliantly signposted. But the staff and the rooms are nice. Quiet, and the bed is comfortable. Walkable along the river to the old town.

Room was clean - aside from the glasses, which were dirty and were not replaced during our stay (despite requesting this). The bed was comfortable and ac good. The bathroom was good. The laundry room was useful and location quiet. We left the towels on the floor to be replaced but housekeeping simply folded them up (damp) and put them on the bed (damp). The reception staff were not very friendly and struggled to look up from their laptops and a smile (or even acknowledge) you. No good morning / evening, even when you addressed them with one - just a grunt in reply. They were more interested in their laptops. Would have been better if reception had been 100% automated (check in was already by machine) and the reception staff sacked. Good hotel if you don’t want any human service, definitely a place where style and being hip is more important than providing good service. It’s a shame because the room etc was really very good, just let down by informally receptionists and bad housekeeping.
