Excellent budget friendly hotel. Would definitely use again

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Nice central location with great views (especially from the Skybar). Air conditioning worked well and room / hotel was generally modern and well maintained, clean and with some nice touches. Very friendly and helpful staff

There’s a few complaints about the hotel room that we were not happy with: *smell of the room as soon as we walked in *bathroom smelt like sewage, so much so it made one of us gag to the pint of being sick *dead flies on window sill *dodgy tap in bathroom *crumbs in bed that made us itchy *kettle lead small so had to make hot drink on floor *noisy fridge *sockets loose and overheated phone charger *mould in the shower *water sounds from toilet
