"They charge me hidden fees that I don’t know about it, they didn’t give us utilities for the room only one time. The stuff behind reception seem careless."

"Carpeting in room was quite outdated. Property might consider replacing. Location to beach was perfect and staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Didn't like as follows: 1: our room card didn't work 2x that the whole system had to be replaced in the door 2: was told hot tub is out of service 3: a dirty filthy stained arm chair was in your room 3: we had our do not disturb sign hanging outside and a staff member knocked on 2nd day 4: fire alarms went off on our 2nd and 3rd day 5: elevator was out of service on our 3rd to 5th day we had to use stairs with our luggages and bags we were on the 3rd floor So we will definitely ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone"
