"We had called to make sure that we would be able to bring our boat and have a dock for it and space for our trailer, They said yes so we booked. The marina/nor hotel would have had a place to leave your trailer but we were able to park in the hotel parking lot because it was off season. "Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in great condition and had necessary utensils we needed. We had a 21st floor one bedroom unit (I heard the higher the better). Great views. Check in was smooth until we had to talk to the concierge. We had read the reviews that noted this pushy concierge tactic. Luckily- We ended up spending two minutes with her as we told her that we are members with Hilton Grand Vacations and have no interest in another time-share condo affiliation. "A number of items needed attention. Hair dryer was broke, bathroom door would not close and overall it was dated."

The lobby was not inviting. Only 2 chairs. Hallways were dirty and not moped the 3 days i was there. No ac in lobby, hallways, breakfast room. Pool water was not clear. Parking lot lights were pointed at our windows. Daylight bright, unable to tell if night or not. Breakfast was not worth trying...
