"Our first room was literally infested with roaches. We opened up a kitchen cabinet and they went everywhere. A bathroom also had mold. We went and told the office and they moved us into another room. Thankfully, no roaches here. However, I don’t think the floors have ever been mopped. Our feet turned black form it. The bathroom is pretty gross in our tub was covered in mold in the grout areas of the shower. The toilet was pretty disgusting too around the bottom of the seal. Smelled of marijuana quite often and had to keep my balcony door shut. We had to add one night to our stay. And I’ve had multiple hotel employees just walk into our room. I can’t say I will ever stay here again because of the roaches. But even aside from the roaches if I even thought about it, prepared to bring the own cleaning supplies, including a broom because they will not supply you with one."

"The room is super outdated and smelled of old seafood. Couldn't even stay but was still charged for 1 night. I walked in and turned around at the door and was still charged. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"

"The room was old carpet dirty with stains and had some stuff on around the wall parts k one missing on dressers outside patio furniture was dirty with stains only space was decent was the bathroom "

"The property was great lots of things to do and the beach was beautiful. A great place for families lots to do with children. The bad side was the room it was nothing like the pictures online. The door in the bathroom was broken and I couldn’t get out on the first day , the drawers in the chest wouldn’t shut and the key box had all kinds of paint and other stuff on it (it was nasty looking). It was an okay I’ll not go back because of the room."

"Was charged for parking and didn’t get parking. Evening staff refused to help but put us on hold and hung up on us. Hot water didn’t work in kitchen. Tv wouldn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t work. We left early. Rented two rooms and had a baby with us and the floor was so dirty we couldn’t set him down. Could see under the door to outside and the back door to balcony wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. Highly unsatisfied. And still waiting on the money back for leaving early. Whole experience was horrible "

"Would have beenbetter if they fixed my shower. Went to front desk twice about it and it never was fixed. Thw water didn't spray just kind of trickled out. Made washing my hair impossible. Also the light by the bed stroked when turned on. Very dark in the room without curtains open. Made getting dressed hard. Also the check in process and the two other times I went to the front desk about the shower were very long processes, around 15 minutes. I also got locked out of my room when I was leaving, it was around 935 and I brought my bags to my car and went back for my dog and my card no longer worked. I then had to walk back to the front desk to get help getting in my room."
