Search Castles in Upland from CA $85

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, the bed and the pillows are very comfortable.

Hotel is well Maintained. Breakfast was your normal fare. Would love to see more fruit and real eggs. Other than that staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay here again

Very clean, well looked after

A bit outdated but clean. Second time staying here and happy both times. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff at the Best Western Plus Heritage in Rancho were amazing, service was always with a smile and laughter, breakfast was the highlight each morning with the hotel chefs. There was a variety of foods and was very delicious. Thank you all for making this trip so easy and memorable.

Room was nice and I did not hear any other rooms unless they were really loud. Rooms were clean and it was very close to the county fair. The only downside is that there are not a lot of things to do nearby and you will need to uber. Also the hot tub, sauna and gym are very small so it may be uncomfortable if you are by yourself and no one else is there.

great

Clean room, friendly staff, pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was awesome

Très bon hotel

The staff is awesome. The breakfast is amazing!

Staff was super helpful and nice. Parking was included in price.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean. Breakfast options was great. Staff was friendly. If I had to say one thing I didn’t like it would just be that the pool was outdoor and the weather wasn’t great. So wasn’t able to utilize it and I would have loved to be able to use it. Other than that I would definitely go back there and recommend!

Very good 9 day business and leisure trip

Clean room, and very helpful staff. My stay was comfortable..the rooms were quiet and well maintained. Excellent place to stay. I recommend any day.

Room was nice and modern. Love the free shuttle to the airport. Very close to Ontario Airport. Staff very helpful. Dining choices available in the lobby.
