The check in process was fast and staff were polite. The outdoor area was nice. Wish they did not shut the jacuzzi heat off before 10pm. Breakfast was OK, nothing different from most places. It's close to a lot of things. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The room was big, the staff was friendly and inviting, the battery on our door died so we couldn't get into the rim but they had that fixed in about 10min. Other than that it was a great stay, definitely stay again next time we are in Ontario.

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The sofa was very tired and needed replacing. The breakfast was adequate with pretty much the same thing every morning. Scrambled eggs, sausage links and potatoes. It would be nice to have yogurt or waffles or?? Just not the same every day. We stayed a week, variety would have been nice. The hotel is nice and we would stay again.

The property is an older property that does show age but well maintained for the most part. If you need the feeling of new or newly renovated this isn’t for you. If you are looking for an airport or convention location that is clean, comfortable and has a pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff, this is the place

what else should i say, just say is it what is it. Good thing always no need too much recommendations and explanations. Just wanna every employee who works there Hope everything goes well and happy. And Grandma is pretty nice to me, and she is a very kind cute person. Hope she has the best days over there. Even though I never got breakfast cuz I got lazy but they had nice food and nice cafe and restaurant in first floor.

I’ve stayed at all sorts of hotels and motels across California, but I genuinely consider this one to be in my top three. If you were to ask me about the top two, those would be 4- or 5-star properties; this one is likely in the 3- to 3.5-star range. But star ratings aside, everything here is simply perfect. I’ve developed a deep emotional attachment to this place—I’ve experienced so much here. An older gentleman at the front desk once urged me to quit smoking, and I’m sure he still remembers me. He’s a wonderful person; staying here feels just like being at home. I feel completely at ease, and as for the facilities, they are flawless. You’re guaranteed to leave a glowing review after just one stay.
