The room was great. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. I wish I had more time to use the fitness center because it was waaaaay better than one might find in other hotels. Of course, the hotel is in the heart of Boone.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I asked for a Mountain View room and was given a wheelchair accessible room, and there was so much noise above me that it felt like they were doing construction or there was a gym upstairs. This was a little upsetting because I had a long bike ride in the morning and that was the reason why I stayed there
